1. Introduction

By using the Website or registering for the Event you accept these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Registration and Participation

• Registration: To attend or participate in the Event, you must complete the registration process on the Website. All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Acceptance: Your registration constitutes an offer to the Organizer (Medical Expo India) to attend the Event under these T&C. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.
• Non-Transferable: Registrations, passes, or tickets are generally non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the Organizer in writing.
• Identity Verification: The Organizer may require you to present a valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driving licence) at check-in to verify your identity.

3. Payment and Fees

• Payment: If the Event requires a registration fee, you must pay the applicable fee before your registration is confirmed.
• Currency & Taxes: All fees are payable in the currency indicated on the Website, and you are responsible for any taxes or bank charges.
• Changes in Fees: The Organizer reserves the right to change the registration fee or pricing structure at any time prior to confirmation.

4. Event Changes, Cancellation & Refunds

• Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Event (e.g., date, venue, format) without prior notice.
• Cancellation by Organizer: If the Organizer cancels the Event, registrants will be notified and may be eligible for a refund, subject to the Organizer’s refund policy.
• Cancellation by Registrant: If you cancel your participation, your refund eligibility will depend on the policy stated at registration. Refunds (if any) will be processed as per the Organizer’s stated terms.

5. Code of Conduct

• Behavior: Participants must behave professionally, comply with all Event rules, and follow the venue’s policies (e.g., safety, health, dress code).
• Removal: The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant from the Event for misconduct or breach of these T&C, with no obligation to refund.

6. Risk, Liability & Indemnity

• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that attending a physical Event involves inherent risks (health, safety, property). You attend at your own risk.
• Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the Organizer, venue operators, agents, and sponsors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Event.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability, cost, or damage arising from your breach of these T&C or your actions at the Event.

7. Intellectual Property

• Rights: All trademarks, logos, images, and event content are the intellectual property of the Organizer or its partners.
• Use Restriction: You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or use any Event content without prior written permission.
• Media: By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded, and grant the Organizer a licence to use your likeness in promotional materials.

8. Privacy

• Data Collection: The Organizer collects personal data (name, email, company, etc.) during registration. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Communication: By registering, you agree to receive emails and updates from the Organizer about the Event, unless you explicitly opt out.

9. Disclaimers & Warranty

• As-Is: The Website and Event content are provided “as is,” without any warranty (express or implied).
• No Guarantee: The Organizer does not guarantee any specific outcomes (networking, business deals, sales) from attending the Event.

10. Termination

The Organizer may terminate or suspend your registration or attendance at its discretion (e.g., for breach of T&C). Any such termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund (depending on the refund policy).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer is registered (you should specify your state/country). Any disputes arising from or relating to these T&C or participation in the Event shall be resolved through the dispute resolution method you specify (e.g., arbitration or local courts).

12. Modifications to Terms

The Organizer may amend these T&C at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or participation in the Event after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

13. Severability
