We may also use your personal data for our legitimate interests, including dealing with any customer services you require, enforcing the terms of any other agreement between us, for regulatory and legal purposes (for example anti-money laundering), for audit purposes and to contact you about changes to this policy.

We may share your data with any service providers, subcontractors and agents that we may appoint to perform functions on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, including payment providers, event organizers, email communication providers, IT service providers, partner platforms, accountants, auditors and lawyers.

Terms & Conditions and Refund Policies

• Delegate registration and stall bookings can be done through www.medicalexpoindia.com.
• After Successful payment delegates & exhibitor will receive confirmation and delegate pass on the registered mail ID.
• Please carry the print out of delegate pass received after payment for hassle free entry in exhibition/conference area.
• Any delegate wishing to cancel their booking must notify on medicalexpoindia@gmail.com
• 50% of registration amount is refundable if booking is canceled prior to 1 month of conference starts
• In case of Booking cancellation Less than 4 weeks organizer is liable to pay Zero refund of registration fee
• In case of- Non-arrival at the time of conference due to any circumstances organizer is liable to pay Zero refund of registration fee
• Organizer can use the contact details and provided information by delegate for further promotion of show or products
• Conference is organized by Swastik Projects, Lucknow
• LIABILITY Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own
• GENERAL We reserve the right at all time to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should be or become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants, delegate of this event, including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
• In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled or postponed by the organiser, a full refund will be made within 45 working days. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate/exhibitor to the organizer.
